Jonathan’s prescription for the perfect cocktail

While most prefer stronger libations, nothing is more satisfying to me than a tall glass of iced tea with milk. Yes, iced with milk! I’ve long been lobbying for it to be added to the menus in moi’s favorite haunts a la the half iced tea, half lemonade Arnold Palmer but alas the Jonathan Adler (as it should be named) seems a bit of a harder sell. In lieu of menu-based fame, I’ll happily settle for serving up my connection in moi’s Mod Peacock pitcher & tumblers and settling in on our deck under a clear blue sky in Shelter Island.
